This Cookie Policy explains how Ross Bradbury-Young, trading as Forever Young Coaching (“Forever Young Coaching”, “FYC”, “I”, “me” or “my”), uses cookies and similar technologies on the Forever Young Coaching website.
This policy should be read alongside the Forever Young Coaching Privacy Policy.

2. How Forever Young Coaching uses cookies
The Forever Young Coaching website is built and hosted using Squarespace.

third-party technologies, where content from another service, such as YouTube, is embedded on the website.
Non-essential cookies are restricted until you choose to accept them through the cookie banner.

Forever Young Coaching uses Squarespace’s built-in analytics tools to understand general website traffic and activity.
These cookies are non-essential and are only used where you have chosen to accept them through the cookie banner.

Squarespace uses analytics and performance cookies to generate information such as site traffic, unique visitors and visitor activity.
At present, Forever Young Coaching does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or similar third-party advertising analytics tools.
5. Cookie preference cookies
Squarespace may use cookies or similar technologies to remember the choices you make through the cookie banner.
For example, Squarespace currently documents:
ss_performancecookiesAllowed, which remembers whether a visitor agreed to analytics and performance cookies; and
ss_marketingcookiesAllowed, which remembers whether a visitor agreed to marketing cookies.
These preference records currently last for 30 days.
They help prevent you from having to make the same choice on every page visit.
6. YouTube and embedded content
The Forever Young Coaching website may contain videos embedded from YouTube.
When you interact with embedded content, the third-party provider may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with that content.
YouTube controls its own technologies and the information it collects when its content is used. Embedded video content is provided through the relevant third-party service rather than hosted directly by Forever Young Coaching. Squarespace supports embedding YouTube and other third-party video services on Squarespace websites.
Where consent is required before third-party non-essential technologies are used, the website’s cookie controls are intended to prevent those technologies from being used until the appropriate choice has been made.

When you first visit the Forever Young Coaching website, you can choose to:

Forever Young Coaching has disabled Squarespace’s Activity Log feature.
Squarespace explains that disabling this feature means activity-log data such as visitor IP addresses and related personal data are not collected or made available through that feature.
This does not prevent the website from using permitted Squarespace analytics where you have consented to analytics and performance cookies.
10. Changes to the cookies used
The cookies and technologies used by the website may change if:
Squarespace changes its services;
website features are added or removed;
third-party content or integrations are introduced; or
legal or regulatory requirements change.
If Forever Young Coaching introduces significant new non-essential tracking or advertising technologies, this Cookie Policy and the website’s consent settings will be reviewed and updated as appropriate.

I may update this Cookie Policy from time to time.
The current version will be published on the Forever Young Coaching website.
Where appropriate, the effective date will be updated to show when significant changes were made.
